Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 lb gorgonzola, crumbled
Recipe
- 1 heat butter in a saucepan. add the flour and cook together to forma roux. do not brown add the milk and whisk together until smooth. bring to a simmer, stirringuntil thickened. add the gorgonzola and stir until mixed very well but still lumpy. about 2 minutes. remove from heat. serve.
