Goulas Of Chanterelles

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon aceto balsamico
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 -3 teaspoons flour

Recipe

  • 1 wash the chanterelles and cut into pieces if necessary.
