Goulas Of Chanterelles

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs chanterelle mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon aceto balsamico
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 -3 teaspoons flour
Recipe
- 1 wash the chanterelles and cut into pieces if necessary.
