Ham & Tomato Quiche

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 225 g flour (plain)
  • 100 g butter or 100 g margarine
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 sliced tomatoes
  • 4 slices of chopped ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • grated cheese (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 200 c/400°f.
  • 2 mix flour, salt and butter until crumbly
  • 3 add water and mix until dough is formed.
  • 4 roll out dough until 1 cm thick.
  • 5 place pastry in quiche mould and prick base.
  • 6 chop ham and tomatos and arange in pastry case.
  • 7 mix beaten eggs and milk together.
  • 8 pour the mixture inside the quiche
  • 9 sprinkle on grated cheese to taste.
  • 10 bake in oven for 20-30 mins until golden brown.
