Ham & Tomato Quiche

Ingredients
- 225 g flour (plain)
- 100 g butter or 100 g margarine
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 sliced tomatoes
- 4 slices of chopped ham
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- grated cheese (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 200 c/400°f.
- 2 mix flour, salt and butter until crumbly
- 3 add water and mix until dough is formed.
- 4 roll out dough until 1 cm thick.
- 5 place pastry in quiche mould and prick base.
- 6 chop ham and tomatos and arange in pastry case.
- 7 mix beaten eggs and milk together.
- 8 pour the mixture inside the quiche
- 9 sprinkle on grated cheese to taste.
- 10 bake in oven for 20-30 mins until golden brown.
