Gooey Cheese Loaf

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 lb italian bread
  • 1 (12 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 slice loaf into 16 equal parts cutting through to within 1/2 inch of bottom of loaf.
  • 3 combine remaining ingredients, mix to blend.
  • 4 spread mixture on cut surfaces of bread. loosely wrap loaf in foil. bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
