Ingredients

- 1 lb italian bread
- 1 (12 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon basil
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350°f.
- 2 slice loaf into 16 equal parts cutting through to within 1/2 inch of bottom of loaf.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients, mix to blend.
- 4 spread mixture on cut surfaces of bread. loosely wrap loaf in foil. bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
