Ham, Tomato & Rocket Pizza (21 Day Wonder Diet: Day 12)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 wholemeal pita breads
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 150 g shaved ham
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 small red onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/3 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 30 g baby rocket
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely shredded

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200°c.
  • 2 place bread on oven trays; spread with paste. divide ham, tomato and onion between bread; top with dollops of cheese.
  • 3 bake about 10 minutes. serve sprinkled evenly with rocket and basil.
