Ingredients

- 2 wholemeal pita breads
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 150 g shaved ham
- 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 small red onion, sliced thinly
- 1/3 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 30 g baby rocket
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely shredded
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200°c.
- 2 place bread on oven trays; spread with paste. divide ham, tomato and onion between bread; top with dollops of cheese.
- 3 bake about 10 minutes. serve sprinkled evenly with rocket and basil.
