- 1 baby gem lettuce
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 put the lettuce leaves in a bowl.
- 2 for the dressing: mix together the vinegar, oil, mustard powder, salt and pepper.
- 3 drizzle the dressing over the gem salad and serve.
