Greek Spaghetti With Beurre Noir

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 8 ounces angel hair pasta or 8 ounces vermicelli
• 1/2 cup salted butter
• feta cheese
• salt

Recipe

• 1 place butter in large skillet and heat over medium heat until butter turns brown. do not burn!
• 2 cooked pasta according to package directions.
• 3 drain pasta and immediately add to browned butter.
• 4 toss pasta to coat with butter.
• 5 add feta cheese and toss more.
• 6 garnish with a little more feta.
