Ingredients

- 1 large celeriac, peeled
- 1 lb carrot, peeled
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 slice the celeriac and carrots in a food processor.
- 2 put into a pan and pour over enough boiling water to cover.
- 3 add a pinch of salt.
- 4 boil for 10 to 12 minutes until tender.
- 5 drain the vegetables and whizz in food processor until it is a rough mash.
- 6 divide between four plates and serve.
