German Rye Bread (abm)

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
- 2 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups rye flour
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons molasses
Recipe
- 1 put the ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. mine is liquids first.
- 2 select cycle and press start!
- 3 works well on a whole wheat cycle.
