Chorizo And Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 sprigs thyme, leaves picked
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 ounces chorizo sausage, sliced diagonally

Recipe

  • 1 put the tomatoes in a bowl with the onion and thyme.
