Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons horseradish, prepared
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
