Ingredients

- 3 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons milk
- sugar
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- 2 stir in the egg, yogurt and vanilla until just combined. turn onto a floured surface; knead 6-8 times.
- 3 roll into a 9 inch circle; cut into 8 wedges. place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- 4 brush tops with milk; sprinkle with sugar. bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. serve warm.
