- 1 lb fresh green beans
- truffle oil
- butter
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- truffle, shavings
Recipe
- 1 blanch green beans in hot water, drain.
- 2 add green beans to a warmed saute pan which has enough truffle oil and butter (melted) to coat.
- 3 saute green beans, coating them with the oil and butter.
- 4 add freshly ground pepper and salt and lightly toss beans while sauteeing.
- 5 plate the green beans and shave truffles over just before serving.
