Fresh Green Beans With Shaved Truffles

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • truffle oil
  • butter
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • truffle, shavings

Recipe

  • 1 blanch green beans in hot water, drain.
  • 2 add green beans to a warmed saute pan which has enough truffle oil and butter (melted) to coat.
  • 3 saute green beans, coating them with the oil and butter.
  • 4 add freshly ground pepper and salt and lightly toss beans while sauteeing.
  • 5 plate the green beans and shave truffles over just before serving.
