Garlic Shrimp And Pasta From Baxter's Interurban Grill

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 6 ounces linguine
  • 6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic, more if you like
  • 1/4-1/2 cup wine
  • 2 -4 ounces butter, cold,cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach
  • salt
  • pepper
  • italian seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 saute shrimp in olive oil, then add garlic, salt, pepper, seasonings, tomatoes and spinach.
  • 2 add wine and reduce by half, then add butter and allow it to melt.
  • 3 prepare pasta according to label directions, drain and top with shrimp mixture.
