- 10 oysters
- 3 ounces gorgonzola
- 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 panko japanese-style bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350°f.
- 2 open the oysters and discard their liquid.
- 3 in a small bowl, combine the gorgonzola, garlic, bread crumbs, and butter.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 place the oysters on a baking sheet.
- 6 pour the gorgonzola mixture over them.
- 7 bake for 10 minutes.
