Gorgonzola Oysters

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 10 oysters
  • 3 ounces gorgonzola
  • 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 panko japanese-style bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350°f.
  • 2 open the oysters and discard their liquid.
  • 3 in a small bowl, combine the gorgonzola, garlic, bread crumbs, and butter.
  • 4 mix well.
  • 5 place the oysters on a baking sheet.
  • 6 pour the gorgonzola mixture over them.
  • 7 bake for 10 minutes.
