Fire And Ice Pasta

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 5 1/2 lbs tomatoes, chopped (romas are the best)
  • 1/2 cup chopped chives or 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 ounces feta, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup black olives, cut in 1/2
  • 16 ounces pasta

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine everything except the pasta.
  • 2 set aside (the longer, the better).
  • 3 cook pasta.
  • 4 drain and toss with the sauce.
