Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, sliced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 5 1/2 lbs tomatoes, chopped (romas are the best)
- 1/2 cup chopped chives or 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces feta, crumbled
- 1/2 cup black olives, cut in 1/2
- 16 ounces pasta
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine everything except the pasta.
- 2 set aside (the longer, the better).
- 3 cook pasta.
- 4 drain and toss with the sauce.
