- 2 (14 ounce) cans green beans, with liquid
- 6 slices cooked bacon, reserve drippings
- bacon drippings (optional)
- 6 tablespoons vinegar
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a small crockpot including some of the bacon drippings (optional).
- 2 cook on low 6-8 hours.
- 3 the longer the beans cook, the more flavorful they are.
- 4 this recipe can easily be doubled.
