Crepes

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs until fluffy.
  • 2 add all other ingredients in order except sugar, stirring well after each until batter is smooth.
  • 3 let batter sit, refridgerated, one hous.
  • 4 melt a small amount of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • 5 pour about 1/4 cup of batter in frying pan, tilting it quickly so a thin layer covers the bottom of the pan.
