Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs until fluffy.
- 2 add all other ingredients in order except sugar, stirring well after each until batter is smooth.
- 3 let batter sit, refridgerated, one hous.
- 4 melt a small amount of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 5 pour about 1/4 cup of batter in frying pan, tilting it quickly so a thin layer covers the bottom of the pan.
- 6 when edges begin to curl, flip crepe, then put immediately onto plate.
- 7 roll up crepes and sprinkle sugar or you can fill it with whatever you like, such as chicken salad!
