Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 carrots, shredded
  • 1 apple - peeled, cored and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • in a bowl, combine the carrots, apple, lemon juice, honey, almonds, salt and pepper. toss and chill before serving.
