Croatian Coleslaw

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 medium cubed potatoes
  • 2 diced onions
  • nutmeg
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 slices chopped bacon

Recipe

  • 1 boil the potatoes until just below done.
  • 2 if using bacon. fry the pieces until most of the fat is greasing the pan. add the onions and fry til soft.
  • 3 flavour the onions and bacon liberally with nutmeg.
  • 4 add the potatoes and parsley, stirring well. allow to fry for a couple more minutes, before serving.
