Ingredients

• Servings: 3
• 6 links bratwursts
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 4 ounces ketchup

Recipe

• 1 cook bratwurst--grill, boil or steam (your choice).
• 2 mix curry and ketchup.
• 3 slice bratwurst, combine with ketchup and curry.
• 4 place in a roll of your choice (i prefer a semi-hard round roll).
