Coleslaw With Dill, Russian-style

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 ounce) bag coleslaw mix or 1 (15 ounce) bag shredded cabbage
  • 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix together coleslaw mix (or cabbage) and dill in a large bowl.
  • 2 add salt to taste.
  • 3 mix in mayonnaise, stirring thoroughly.
  • 4 taste, and adjust salt and mayo accordingly.
  • 5 cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving (but, if you are in a pinch, just serve right away).
