Halloumi & Bacon Rolls

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces halloumi cheese
  • 10 slices streaky bacon
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400°f
  • 2 cut the halloumi into 20 sticks.
  • 3 stretch each slice of bacon with the back of a knife, then cut in half.
  • 4 season the bacon with black pepper, then sprinkle with the chopped chives.
  • 5 roll the bacon around the halloumi in a spiral and arrange on a baking sheet.
  • 6 bake for 12-15 mins or until the bacon is brown and beginning to crisp.
