Halloumi & Bacon Rolls

Ingredients
- 8 ounces halloumi cheese
- 10 slices streaky bacon
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400°f
- 2 cut the halloumi into 20 sticks.
- 3 stretch each slice of bacon with the back of a knife, then cut in half.
- 4 season the bacon with black pepper, then sprinkle with the chopped chives.
- 5 roll the bacon around the halloumi in a spiral and arrange on a baking sheet.
- 6 bake for 12-15 mins or until the bacon is brown and beginning to crisp.
