Ingredients

- 5 ounces halloumi cheese
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1 ounce olive oil
- cracked black pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice the halloumi into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- 2 char-grill or pan-fry the cheese in the olive oil until lightly browned.
- 3 drizzle over the lemon juice and cracked black pepper.
- 4 serve.
