- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (15 ounce) can italian-style stewed tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 put the chicken in a baking dish.
- 2 top with artichoke hearts and mushrooms.
- 3 cover with stewed tomatoes.
- 4 bake at 375º for approximately 40 minutes, or until chicken is done.
- 5 serve alone, or on top of pasta or rice.
