Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

• 250 g cream cheese
• 2 teaspoons creme de cacao
• 1/2 cup hazelnuts
• 200 g dark chocolate, melted
• cocoa, melted or grated chocolate

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients, roll into small balls, approximately 2.5 cm diameter.
• 2 coat in cocoa, melted or grated chocolate.
