Danish Cheese Buns

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 1/2 ounces danish samsoe cheese, coarsely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • celery salt
  • oil

Recipe

  • 1 beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • 2 add the cheese and the paprika.
  • 3 form into buns then using a spoon, put them in a pot of hot fat or oil until they become golden.
  • 4 lay them out on fat-absorbing paper and sprinkle with a few grains of celery salt.
  • 5 serve piping hot.
