Danish Coleslaw - Kålsalat

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups cabbage (shredded )
  • 1/2 green pepper (chopped )
  • 1/2 red pepper (chopped )
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 place vegetables together in a salad bowl.
  • 2 combine all the seasonings and spices and add to the vegetables, tossing well.
