Fresh Fruit With Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 oranges, in segments
  • 2 kiwi, large dice
  • 1 red plums or 1 black plum, diced
  • 2 cups strawberries, halves
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, bites
  • 1 cup blackberries or 1 cup raspberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed

Recipe

  • 1 combine fruit in a pretty bowl.
  • 2 chill.
  • 3 mix sugar, onion salt, pepper and mustard; add vinegar and mix well.
  • 4 slowly add oil while beating on med speed.
  • 5 beat for 4 minutes.
  • 6 add poppy seeds.
  • 7 cover and chill.
  • 8 to serve, place fruit on plate and spoon dressing over.
