Fresh Fruit With Dressing

Ingredients

- 2 oranges, in segments
- 2 kiwi, large dice
- 1 red plums or 1 black plum, diced
- 2 cups strawberries, halves
- 1 cup cantaloupe, bites
- 1 cup blackberries or 1 cup raspberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
Recipe
- 1 combine fruit in a pretty bowl.
- 2 chill.
- 3 mix sugar, onion salt, pepper and mustard; add vinegar and mix well.
- 4 slowly add oil while beating on med speed.
- 5 beat for 4 minutes.
- 6 add poppy seeds.
- 7 cover and chill.
- 8 to serve, place fruit on plate and spoon dressing over.
