Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons black pepper (ground to your liking) or 3 tablespoons pepper (ground to your liking)
- 1 cup kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon hot paprika
Recipe
- 1 mix well and store cool in airtight jars.
- 2 for those who do not like it hot, they can use 2 tbsp sweet paprika!
