Ingredients
- 1 lb almonds, skins on
- 1 egg
- 1 cup icing sugar
Recipe
- 1 toast almonds in a 350f oven for about 15 minutes, watch carefully so they don't burn.
- 2 meanwhile beat 1 egg until frothy and beat in icing sugar.
- 3 add hot almonds to this mixture. turn almonds to coat evenly and pour out onto wax paper to cool. store in glass jars.
- 4 recipe can be doubled or tripled.
