Farro Flavored With Orange And Smoked Paprika

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-pearled cracked farro, picked over for any stones and debris and rinsed (6 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 cup marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 cups hot water

Recipe
