Easy Apricot Squash Soup

Total Time: 9 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butternut squash, cooked and pureed (it's pre-packaged and frozen at the grocery store)
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 tablespoon half-and-half
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 blend everything and simmer until warm or begins bubbling.
  • 2 enjoy!
