Far Breton Aux Pommes (apple Pie)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 apples
  • 70 g butter
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 750 ml milk
  • 1 dash salt

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice the apples. put the apple - slices in a casserole dish, add the butter and 70gr sugar and bake for 15 minutes at 350°f.
  • 2 meanwhile, beat the eggs, with the rest of the sugar. add the milk and the flour to make a soft dough.
