Ingredients
- 1 liter dry red wine
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 cloves
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- cardamom
Recipe
- 1 heat the red wine to a low simmer. add all other ingredients to the red wine. heat for approximately 5 minutes then remove from the heat.
- 2 cover and allow to infuse for 1 hour.
- 3 reheat and pass through a sieve before serving.
