Chicken "stuff"

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 lb chicken, cubed
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can black olives
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons montreal chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups rice

Recipe

  • 1 put evoo in pan with cubed chicken, onion, and garlic. cook over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink. season with 1/2 chicken seasoning. while chicken is cooking, seed your bell peppers and slice into strips. add all veggies and the rest of the chicken seasoning. cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. cook rice according to package. serve over rice.(make sure you get some of the evoo on your rice or it will taste dry).
