Chicken "stuff"

Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken, cubed
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushroom
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can black olives
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 5 tablespoons montreal chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups rice
Recipe
- 1 put evoo in pan with cubed chicken, onion, and garlic. cook over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink. season with 1/2 chicken seasoning. while chicken is cooking, seed your bell peppers and slice into strips. add all veggies and the rest of the chicken seasoning. cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. cook rice according to package. serve over rice.(make sure you get some of the evoo on your rice or it will taste dry).
