Ingredients
- 2 large english cucumbers (peeled, diced 1/2 inch)
- 1 package chavrie fresh goat cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain cucumbers for 10 minutes in a colander.
- 2 meanwhile combine all remaining ingredients.
- 3 fold in the drained cucumbers.
- 4 refrigerate overnight before serving.
