- 16 small new potatoes, unpeeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 heat the oven to 400 degrees f.
- 2 boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, then drain well.
- 3 arrange on a baking sheet, then crush each one lightly with a potato masher.
- 4 drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- 5 bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
