Crunchy New Potatoes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 small new potatoes, unpeeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, then drain well.
  • 3 arrange on a baking sheet, then crush each one lightly with a potato masher.
  • 4 drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • 5 bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
