Deerstew For Harvest

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs deer (upper leg)
  • 3 pieces onions
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 3 tablespoons fat
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 8 juniper berries
  • 1 large mushroom
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cluster grapes (0.5 lb)
  • 1 cup ready-to-use baked pizza crust (waret)

Recipe

  • 1 comminute the onion into tiny pieces.
  • 2 chop the deer into 1 cm quadrats.
  • 3 cook the onion on the hot fat for a few minutes. add to it the juniper berries, the paprika, and the bay leaves.
  • 4 add the meat too, and mix, until it starts to stick a bit.
  • 5 pour some water on it (cca 1 cup).
  • 6 slice well the clean mushrooms.
  • 7 add it to the stew, and wait 10 minutes.
  • 8 pour the wine to the stew, and cook 10 more minutes.
  • 9 put the grapes to the bowl, mix it, and cover it for minutes.
  • 10 serve it with a big slice if sourdough bread.
