Croissant Croutons

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 croissants, fresh
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
- 1/2 garlic clove, chopped and mashed into a paste
- 3 teaspoons dried oregano
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 375 degrees.
- 2 gently cut up croissants into large cubes, avoid crushing.
- 3 mix, in a large bowl, all other ingredients well.
- 4 toss croissant cubes into mixture and toss, coating well.
- 5 spread croissant cubes onto cookie sheet in single layer.
- 6 bake 375 degrees for 5-10 minutes until crisp and browned.
- 7 turn over croutons 1/2 way through baking process to brown evenly.
- 8 serve warm or room temperature.
