- 6 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 4 -6 teaspoons brandy

- 1 beat the egg yolks and whites with an electric mixer until thick and lemon-colored. add the sugar gradually, continuing to beat.
- 2 use sherbet glasses, and place 1 tsp of brandy in each. gently spoon the egg mixture over this.
