Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 small zucchini, grated
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- 2 cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
- 3 serve hot with bread, cracker, etc. enjoy!
