Frikadeller - Meatballs With Salt Lamb

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 onion, minced
- 3/4 lb salt ground lamb (you can do this in the food processor)
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 hard crusted roll
- 2 cups milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup cracker crumbs or 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 mix onion with salt lamb and ground chuck.
- 2 soak hard roll in milk.
- 3 mix with the meats breaking up the roll to distribute through the mixture.
- 4 beat 4 eggs and add to the meat mixture.
- 5 shape into balls or small patties.
- 6 beat remaining egg, mix with bread or cracker crumbs and coat the meat balls with this mixture.
- 7 salt and pepper each meatball.
- 8 fry in melted butter turning to brown on all sides evenly.
- 9 serve with persille sauce (persille sauce - parsley sauce).
