German Potato Dumplings

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 mix the mashed potatoes together with the flour. don't knead, because the dumplings will "sink".
  • 2 shape the dough into small balls. place in a kettle of boiling salted water.
  • 3 once they rise to the surface, let them cook for 10 minutes. drain and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • 4 serve as side dish.
