- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar

- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
- 1/4 lemon, juice of, only
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse grain mustard

- 1 put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together to make a smooth dressing.
