Frozen Berries With Hot Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 7 ounces fresh blueberries
• 7 ounces fresh raspberries
• 7 ounces fresh blackberries
• 3 1/2 ounces chocolate, good quality, chopped
• 8 1/2 fluid ounces heavy cream

Recipe

• 1 spread the fresh berries over a baking tray and freeze for 1 hour.
• 2 just before serving, put the chopped chocolate and the heavy cream in a small pan over a medium-low heat, until melted, smooth and hot.
• 3 divide the frozen berries between 6 plate and pour over the chocolate sauce.
