Cream Waffles

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 1/3 cups flour, sifted
  • 4 tablespoons ice water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 whip the cream until stiff. fold in the flour, then the ice water. chill 1 hour.
  • 2 melt the butter and stir into the batter.
  • 3 spoon a little batter into each section of a heated waffle iron and bake until brown.
  • 4 sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
