Ingredients

- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 1/3 cups flour, sifted
- 4 tablespoons ice water
- 1/2 cup butter
- powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 whip the cream until stiff. fold in the flour, then the ice water. chill 1 hour.
- 2 melt the butter and stir into the batter.
- 3 spoon a little batter into each section of a heated waffle iron and bake until brown.
- 4 sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
