- 1 dozen small lamb sausage link
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Recipe
- 1 fry sausages until crisp and brown. drain of most of the fat.
- 2 beat eggs for 2 minutes. add flour, salt, and milk. pour batter over sausages in frying pan.
- 3 bake in 450f oven for 15 minutes, then in 350f oven for 1 minute. turn out onto platter.
- 4 serve piping hot.
