Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 dozen small lamb sausage link
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Recipe

• 1 fry sausages until crisp and brown. drain of most of the fat.
• 2 beat eggs for 2 minutes. add flour, salt, and milk. pour batter over sausages in frying pan.
• 3 bake in 450f oven for 15 minutes, then in 350f oven for 1 minute. turn out onto platter.
• 4 serve piping hot.
