Creamy Goats' Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 150 g soft goat cheese
- 100 g fromage frais
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 chili
- paprika (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 deseed and finely chop the chilli.
- 2 beat together all ingredients except the paprika. you can do this by hand but personally i use a mini-food processor.
- 3 if the dip seems too thick beat in a little cream or milk to give desired consistency.
- 4 spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with a little paprika.
- 5 serve with chips, breadsticks or crudites.
