Creamy Goats' Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 150 g soft goat cheese
  • 100 g fromage frais
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 chili
  • paprika (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 deseed and finely chop the chilli.
  • 2 beat together all ingredients except the paprika. you can do this by hand but personally i use a mini-food processor.
  • 3 if the dip seems too thick beat in a little cream or milk to give desired consistency.
  • 4 spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with a little paprika.
  • 5 serve with chips, breadsticks or crudites.
