Ingredients

- 14 ounces feta cheese
- 3 green onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs (i.e basil, oregano)
- 7 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper (ground fresh if possible)
Recipe
- 1 cut feta in to about 1/2 inch squares.
- 2 cut onions.
- 3 mince garlic.
- 4 add olive oil.
- 5 salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 blend everything.
- 7 chill for 2 hours.
- 8 this is perfect for baguettes, or any other bread.
